UPS International Shipping
We have daily UPS pickup, Monday through Friday, and can ship your international order via our TXcess Surplus UPS account. You choose the UPS shipping method.
We can also ship on your UPS account. Just call or email us for complete information.
UPS Checkout Guide:
1. Shop for your items on TxcessSurplus.com and add them to your cart.
2. Return to your TXcess Surplus Cart and Click on the Proceed To Checkout Button.
3. Choose your UPS Shipping Method and Place Your Order.
*UPS NOTE: Do NOT use the Zip Code Calculator. It does NOT work correctly with non-US postal codes. You will get your correct shipping charges on the Checkout page... after you enter your Postal code.

We do not ship to Afghanistan, Africa, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea,
Sudan, or Syria... except through APO/FPO Military addresses.
How Bongo International Works
Bongo International provides its customers with their very own US address (not a P.O. Box).
Once you have a US address, you will be able to make purchases at the Bongo International Web site as well as other US based online retailers.
Bongo receives your purchases and logs them into their online system where you can consolidate them with other orders.
Bongo International Checkout Guide:
1. Shop for your items on TxcessSurplus.com and add them to your cart.
2. Then Click on the Bongo Checkout Button to setup your Bongo International account.
3. After you signup with Bongo, they will provide you with your very own US address.
4. Return to your TXcess Surplus Cart and Click on the Proceed to Checkout Button.
5. Use your NEW US Address supplied by Bongo as both your "BILLING" and "SHIPPING" Address.
6. Use the Credit Card that you have on file with Bongo as the payment method -- No Exceptions.
7. Choose your Shipping Method and Place Your Order.
8. Once completed, finish your verification process with Bongo.
Bongo will take over after your verification process is complete, so you will communicate directly with them for delivery of your order via
